Erica was most recently a member of the Oticon Canada marketing team where she was integral in the development of OticonDirect.ca, the inaugural corporate implementation of Canada Post’s much talked about Direct Marketing Online™ software. In addition, she brings 10 years of professional marketing experience with focus on program and communications development, strategic branding as well as production and project management.
